Standard Features

Every systembuilt home is constructed in accordance with the relevant building codes and comes with a 5 year structural warranty. Our standard designs can be modified to your specifications, however the following are the standard features which are included in the price. Homes can be transported to all country and outback areas. Price includes delivery within 100km of Para Hills West, South Australia, and is based on a level, compacted (100 KPA) accessible site.

Energy Efficiency

All systembuilt designs comply with the five star energy efficiency regulations for insulation requirements in climate zone 5. However there may be additional requirements needed to conform with the regulations and each house is assessed according to the climate zone and orientation, i.e. North, South, East, West.

Structure Wind Category 2 Construction (41 M.P.S.)

Engineered precast concrete footings and tiedowns, timber or steel framing system (depending on model) in accordance with the relevant code, 19mm tongue and groove structural particleboard sheet flooring, glued and nailed. Wet area floors - 15mm compressed thicksheet glued and screwed. R3.5 insulation batts to the ceiling and R2.0 insulation batts and sisalation foil to external walls.

Termite Treatment

systembuilt will spray the underside of all timber frame homes for termite protection after services have been laid. transportable homes

External Features

Hardiplank acrylic painted wall cladding. Custom Orb zincalume roofing (screw fixed), steel fascias, steel gutters, aluminium horizontal sliding windows with acrylic finish - choice of colours, complete with flyscreens and locks. Front door - decorative panel. Rear door - painted hardboard. Porches - permapine decking (where drawn).

Internal Features

10mm plasterboard wall and ceiling linings (flush jointed), 55mm cornices, 6mm villaboard to wet area walls. Internal doors - painted hardboard honeycomb core door. Door furniture (antique bronze or satin chrome). Walls and ceilings painted throughout with two coats in the colour of your choice. Custom wood skirtings, aves & window linings painted finish.

Kitchen

Extensive cupboards incorporating laminated postform tops. Wide range of colour combinations available. 600mm bench tops, Melamine shelving, cutlery drawer, pantry and breakfast bar (depending on model), stainless steel 1 ¾ bowl sink and drainer. Underbench oven and hotplate, 250mm exhaust fan over stove.

Bathroom

Acrylic bath (depending on model). Acrylic hand basin or Polymarble vanity (depending on model) with mirror over, towel rail, ceiling exhaust fan, shower screen (depending on model). Bathroom accessories as displayed. Toilet - slimline dual flush cistern and vitreous china pan (white or coloured).

Laundry

45 litre stainless steel washtrough with cabinet, automatic washing machine taps and drain, swivel laundry arm.

Tiling

Ceramic tiles to wet area floors. Bathroom - 1800 high to shower area, 600 over bath, 1 row over basin.
Kitchen - 2 rows over kitchen cupboards. Laundry - 2 rows over washtrough, 1 row of skirting tiles (tiling based on 150mm x 150mm tiles).

Electrical

Ample amount of light and power points. Main service terminated at switchboard for owner to arrange connection to power supply.
Hardwired smoke detector complete with battery back up.

Tapware

Chrome to kitchen, laundry and bathroom outlets. Other tapware styles available (variation to cost).

Plumbing

Electric hot water service (refer to individual models for size).
Drainage wastes terminated under floor for owner to harness and connect to septic or sewer. Water services terminated near hot water service position. Hot water service connected by owner.

Insurance and Maintenance

Full insurance cover for the duration of construction and delivery.
3 months Defect Liability Period.

systembuilt offers a complete range of optional features which can be included in your home. Please discuss any requirements in design or finish with our sales staff. systembuilt reserves the right to amend and modify designs and specifications in the interests of product development.

Documentation

systembuilt will arrange Council Building applications, plans, specifications and assistance with finance application.
